I’m a Gym junky and an obstacle mud racer who doesn’t like running, but does it anyway. In the last year I completed everything from Rugged Maniac and the Spartan Sprint, to Tough Mudder and similar 12+ mile challenges. In addition to my fast and muddy new hobby, I am also an online marketer so a great deal of my time is spent sitting in a chair, which is a pretty bad recipe for keeping fit. “A straight-up fun program.”
I hate cardio and always have. Coming from a strongman and oly lifting background, if the zombie apocalypse happened tomorrow, I’d be food! I needed to get in better shape cardiowise, and all the standard forms of cardio bored me to death.
Luckily, in the 4 weeks I decided to give this program a try, I managed to avoid any major cardiac events.
